Return Policy

Hi Lakestyle Fam! Here is everything you need to know about returns and refunds!

RETURNS: If you need to return an item for any reason please email us at info@lakestyleshop.com with your name, order number and reason you need to return. All items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date. We must receive it in the same condition it was sent to you (unworn with tags attached if applicable. Please use the original packaging if possible. Once we receive your return we will inspect and once approved we will issue you a refund. You will receive an email notification with all refund details and will receive your credit within a certain amount of days depending upon your card issuer's policy. 

EXCHANGES: If you need to make an exchange for a different size please email us at info@lakestyleshop.com with your name, order number and size requested. One of our Lakestyle team members will reach out to you as soon as possible.
